Jangan pandang belakang (not the horror version)

when is enough really enough?
some events in the past few months have made the obvious painfully more obvious/obvious-er or whatever the proper term for that is.. u catch my drift.
people only want what they can't get.
and i'm not blaming or pointing fingers here.
if anyone happens to bite on the chilli and burn his/her tongue than i guess it serves you right.
why do we let go of something perfect for us just to see if maybe oh maybe we can do better?
so ok, maybe you're a risk taker, maybe you feel that to be better is to let go of certain things. But what if you want to back-track and admit the regret.
what if you want to own up to the mistakes you've made?
what then?
it figures that you probably didnt think of that far or maybe convinced yourself that you would never doubt your actions.
the possibility that you might not like the results of your decision.
but who can blame you. we're only human.
that is why, (and i hope i'm right) that the moral of the story here is... to THINK before you ACT.
yes, whatever mistakes you make is yours, and yours alone and yes, it is your life and you can screw it up if you want to.. but make sure you dont blanket yourself in self-pity after.
my brother once told me that once you decide something, go for it and go all the way. what's the use in taking the big step and stopping half-way? why chicken out in the middle when you've conjured-up enough strength to take the leap in the first place?
so i guess, it's either suck it in, stop bitching and hang on to the little things that makes you happy, or jump.
as high, as deep, as far as you can.
and don't you ever look back.
why should you?
we're not god. we can't turn back time.
and i regret to remind everyone that no scientist has proven the theory of any time machine.
sorry to disappoint any sci-fi fanatics.
but as always, don't give up hope.
It's the morning of a brand new month.
Anything can happen.
